These terms govern your use of Galiyaan and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. An order is confirmed once you receive confirmation at checkout.
Made-to-order products
Items are printed on demand after you order. Production and delivery timelines are estimates (see Shipping), and returns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Custom uploads & your content
- You confirm you own or have the right to print any image you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
- You agree not to upload unlawful, hateful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content. We may refuse or cancel any custom order that violates this, with a refund.
- You keep all rights to your artwork. You grant us a limited licence solely to produce and ship your order.
Intellectual property
All Galiyaan original designs, branding, and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of our registered jurisdiction.
