Our items are made to order and printed on demand, so this policy is built around that — please read before you buy.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing an order, before it enters production, for a full refund. Email support@galiyaan.com with your order reference. Once production starts we can't cancel.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
We'll happily replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos of the item and the issue. Approved cases get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Change of mind / sizing
Because each tee is printed for you (and custom uploads are one-of-one), we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please use the size guidance on the product page. If a size genuinely runs off-spec, contact us — we'll make it right.
Refund method & timing
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer/UPI to details you provide.
- Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval and typically reflect in 5–7 business days.
